Well over the past few weeks there have been some developments at Paypal regarding services to us Indian Customers that have forced me to revise my Commission guidelines. I hope you guys understand. Also in the past 1 month I've been duped by 3-4 members who had to pay for pending commissions & as such I am going to update he rules a bit as well.
1) As of March29th Paypal in co0rdination with the main Bank here in India, will not allow Indian customers to use their balance for online sales of goods or services.
2) Paypal account holders will not be able to keep any balance online from 7 days of the transaction
3) cannot accept or send payments more than $500.
Keeping that in mind from now on I will be adding a +$1 fee on each character commission as there's a charge for withdrawing below a certain limit & as such i will have to undergo that charge each time i withdraw within 7 days. However if you commission more than 5 pics from me I will leavy that fee from the all 5 pics.
So following are the revised rates for my commission & I am currently only opening the following slots.
Single Character ( Line art only) : $11 +($8 for each additional character in the same pic)
Single character(Colors only) : $15 per character ( this is if you supply the line art)
Single Character(Cell shaded) : $26 +($20 for each additional character in the same pic) + $10-15 for BG (depending on Details)
Single character (Soft Shaded CG) $31 per character + $10-15 for BG (depending on Details)
Simple Animation ($4 per frame) but we can discuss this more elaborately if you can contact me.
This policy will go into effect starting March 31st. If you have any other questions feel free to note me.
Rules
1) No yaoi, Turi, Hentai or nude.
2) I do not do vehicles or machinery
3) Full payment must be made as soon as the line art is finalized
4) Please make sure you give a clear description of the character & his attire. Links to reference pics are always a big help.
6) Please let me know what type of a pose the character should be in , otherwise I can improvise.
5) I usually try to finish commissions within a day or two but please realize that I have a job & update my own manga so i cannot commit on any deadlines.
